Data Deletion

Klivea users can request deletion of personal data collected through our website, client portal, and messaging channels, including Facebook Messenger.

How to request deletion

  1. Email info@klivea.com with the subject line "Data deletion request."
  2. Include the email address, Facebook Messenger name, phone number, or other contact method you used with Klivea.
  3. We will verify the request and delete personal data that is not required for legal, security, or tax compliance obligations.

Facebook Messenger data

If you used Klivea through Facebook Messenger, you may also request deletion through Facebook. When Meta sends Klivea a verified deletion callback, we delete Messenger conversations and related generated profile data associated with that Meta user identifier.

What we delete

  • Messages and conversation records connected to your Klivea request.
  • Generated client profile data derived from those conversations.
  • Contact details stored for matching, support, or follow-up purposes.

Timing

We process verified deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible. Some records may be retained where required for legal compliance, dispute prevention, security, or financial recordkeeping.
